Popular place - Edit
I have had a difficult time all week getting fresh vegetables. The coconut rice bowl (pictured in Happy Cow by someone else) was so fresh and delicious. Carrots, quinoa, coconut rice, red cabbage, avocado, edamame, with a delicious sauce. It was nice to find something on the island that wasn’t fried.

Limited But Excellent Vegan Options - Edit
We had the house made chips with pineapple salsa, the coconut bowl with avocado, and the creamy coconut pudding (without the whipped cream and cinnamon drizzle) and it was absolutely delicious! They also have a house made black bean burger, which we didn't try. Unfortunately, the bun for that is not vegan. The owner told me that she plans to add more vegan options. If you go, please encourage her to do so!
