Vegan cookies and Ice Cream daily - Edit
Stoked that this place has opened since I've been gone from Xela. In the two weeks I've been back, I must have visited at least 7 times so far. From what I can tell they have at least 2 vegan cookie types daily and 2 vegan-friendly ice creams.
As of August 2014 it seems like the cookie flavors were:
Oatmeal with cranberries and a chocolate + nuts type cookie
The ice cream flavors were:
Strawberries with basil and Coffee with cacao nubs.
I think one of the ladies who runs the place also owns La Esquina Asiatica.

Pros: Super friendly staff., Cookies about ~6Q each. Ice cream ~20Q., THERE IS VEGAN ICE CREAM IN XELA.
