Lots of choice - Edit
Lots of choice with vegetarian/vegan options clearly marked. Lots of different tofu and also vegan chicken. Friendly knowledgeable staff who informed us that they recently made another one of their soup bases vegan, so more choice. Like others have said, there is potential for people to grab meat/fish and then veg with the same tongs. We intentionally went early in the day to limit this. Food was delicious and reasonably priced.

Build your own style meal. Very helpful staff. Vegan options clearly marked. Loved the spicy tom yum broth. Wouldn’t recommend for people with an allergy, or anyone worried about cross contamination in general, as the same tongs are used for all ingredients including fish, wheat and soy

Unusual set up in that you get a bowl and tongs then put all your chosen ingredients in the bowl, it gets weighed which determines the cost then you select your preferred sauce. A chef then makes it for you. Lots of vegan options including fried tofu and fake chicken as well as lots of veg and different types of noodles. There were three of us and we all enjoyed our meals.

I love how you can choose your own ingredients so you know exactly what is going into your bowl! You also get a choice of broth although I don't think there are many vegan broth options. Friendly and welcoming staff, would recommend
