Plant-based milks (soy, coconut, almond) are available for drinks, and sometimes has vegan desserts like chocolate cake or chia pudding (depends on the day). Has a garden overlooking the Eiffel Tower. Open Tue-Sun 10:00-18:00. Closed Mon.

Calm and nice place for a short break - Edit
The café is located inside the Maison de Balzac.
Read moreThe entrance to the museum is free so you just need to go down the stairs and you'll find it on your left, in front of the garden.
The café serves some food; but vegan-options are not certain, so you'd better think of it as a place to sit down and sip a cup of coffee, as they provide plant-based milks like soy, almond or coconut.
On the day I visited, they had a vegan chocolate cake, and a vegan chia pudding (the staff understands what veganism is about) so you should be able to find something to drink your coffee with.
Since there are no other vegan options in this area, a café is better than nothing.
Pros: plant-based milks, nice view, calm
Cons: no vegan food
