Delicious Vegan Menu! - Edit
My husband (omni) and I went for the first time yesterday. We were instantly greeted with chips and salsa once we were seated ^^. I got a tamal porque (seasoned tamale stuffed with beans), empanada de plátano y frijole, and two pupusas - one with cheese & beans, and one with cheese and jalapeno. Everything was delicious! For the pupusas, they don't skimp on the vegan cheese (ooey gooey in a good way) and they're filling, on the bigger side. The slaw was also a perfect complement. I haven't had tamales in a while (I am sad to admit I didn't have many when I wasn't vegan) and I really enjoyed the texture and taste of it. I've never had something like the empanada de plátano y frijole - the outside is literally fried sweet plantain! It was delicious and I enjoyed the contrast of the sweetness of the plantains and savoriness of the beans. If I lived closer and wasn't going to pop soon (almost 40 weeks preggo), I would definitely come here often and try other things on the list. It seemed like a nice family owned establishment. It is spacious (seems like it'll be good for a large party) and my husband also thoroughly enjoyed his food!

Great food and now with more vegan options! - Edit
I’ve been visiting this place for more than 20 years! Even after I became vegan 14 years ago I was able to still enjoy their food with some modifications. I’m happy to announce that they just started offering vegan cheese and have a specific vegan section in their menu with several options from pupusas, tamal, burrito, fajitas and enchiladas. Their margaritas are amazing and staff is outstanding!!
