Best restaurant in town - Edit
Liu Lin became my favourite restaurant in Brussels.
Read moreNot only the food is deliciously amazing, but the staff is friendly. It is like going to have dinner at a friend’s place. We were always received with a warm welcome and that is one of the reasons we always come back. That and their “heart-warming noodle soup”, which is my favourite dish.
It’s also the perfect place to bring non vegan friends who are not used to eat vegan: it’s a great introduction.

Tasty vegan Asian food - Edit
I’ve come here two times already and I love this place! The food is honestly amazing, I don’t know how they make the “calamares” but it tastes like the real stuff. I like their noodle soups so much, very tasty and good portions. The staff is very nice and helpful, I’m pregnant and they told me they disinfect their veggies, so they can be eaten raw by pregnant women. Love it!

Delicious food - Edit
Food is fresh and homemade. All the dishes we tried were delicious.
Read moreThe place is quite small and reservations are not possible under 4 people. We were two, arrived at 6:30 pm and the restaurant was already almost full!
Be aware that is is not the kind of restaurant where you spend the whole evening: we were asked to leave before 8pm because there was a reservation for or table at that time.
Friendly staff, very good experience!

Delicious - Edit
Amazing dishes, it’s hard to choose every time I am there. Quality of greatness of the dish depends a bit on who stands in the kitchen that day.

A taiwanese vegan place in Brussels!!! - Edit
I was amazed when this place opened; I went only once and was not 100% convinced with the food (somehow the veg were quite boring - it was mostly carrots) but I'm definitely going back and try again! :D

100% plant-based Taiwanese inspired street food - Edit
Liu Lin offers many plant-based dishes for a reasonable price. The restaurant is simplistic, small and also has a nice (small) terrace next to a quiet street. You get a plate full of food which will leave you rather satisfied. The staff is nice and friendly.

Great food, but.. - Edit
you need to be very specific while ordering your food and that's quite irritating. It's not like I don't like many veggies - I just hate carrots, celery and leek. I ordered Crispy Chicky Bowl and the description says "..strips with stir-fried veggies, raw veggies, mild spicy sauce and peanuts". Sound good, right? I just asked for no cilantro, because I knew it'd probably be there (and it would, although they didn't put that info in the menu). The food came, it looked awesome, but all I could see were carrots and leek all over the dish. LOTS of carrots and leek. I could only eat rice and strips - which was delicious, but man, is it so hard to put on the menu "strips with carrots, leek, sauce and peanuts"?? What's the point of creating menu so general? I'm not allergic to those veggies, but many people are in fact allergic to leek, shouldn't it be marked out?

Heerlijk! - Edit
Dit is nou eens echt lekker eten! Alles plantaardig. (kroepoek, wontons, noodle gerecht is wat wij aten). Ruime keuze, vriendelijke, nederlands sprekende bediening, gezellige plek in leuke buurt. Aanrader!

I was expecting more - Edit
I heard a lot about this place and I couldn't wait to try it out. Honestly I was a bit disappointed. Dishes were good (we took tempura, spring rolls, one noodles soup, one noodles dish and the desserts) but nothing special. I found it a bit too pricey especially considering that the service is pretty minimal (you need to order at the desk and take your own drinks out of the fridge)

Really satisfying noodle soup - Edit
My friend and I both ordered noodle soups and shared two starters. Everything was super tasty and fresh! The noodle soup portion is big, and I really liked the fake meats too. Worth the price.

Delicious Asian food - Edit
We shared the fried chic'n and big soup. The soup was amazing and filling with tofu, dumplings and noodles. The other dish could have been more for the price but taste wise it was good. Overall great food but the atmosphere in the restaurant could be better and portion for one dish was quite small.

plain taste - Edit
if you are really into asian food (thai, vietnamese, taiwanese...) and you know what possibilities there are in flavor, the dishes here were rather boring. also sad that the spring rolls were not self made - for 16€ you might expect that. all in all pricey for not that special food.

At Liu Lin you can’t make a reservation, you should be on time or wait a bit. The person behind the register was very nice and spoke Dutch and French. The food was delicious. Several options to choose from. The desert was a plus as well, chocolate mousse. A must visit!
