Delicious chicken - Edit
We visited in the evening on a weekday and were lucky to get a table as it was pretty full. We had the Lalot Skewer and crispy chicken bowl. Both was really delicious and felt surprisingly light and not so fatty as we would have expected. So 5 stars for the food but not overall as the place itself was not so cosy. The table at the entrance was a bit cold and the floor wasn't even.

Delicious Noodley - Edit
Never tried prawn crackers before, but today they have shown why people like them. Had the noodles and noodle soup between us, comes with spring rolls and dumplings and is very filling, as well as delicious. Really enjoyed the whole experience! Would recommend a trip here.

Of course as the old saying says, you get what you pay for. The food tasted great and the portions were fair, but it felt anyway slightly overpriced.

Read moreWe ordered the two noodle bowls, the tofu inside was pretty bland but the vegetable bits were tasty. What was a great surprise was the fried wontons, they were tofu and cilantro filled but they really tasted like some sort of scrambled egg mixture to me, it was very good.

The food was really good and fresh. I chose vegan rice paper rolls & vegan calamari. It was delicious! There were many other amazing things on the menu that I wanted to try (will try next time). The restaurant seems to be always quite full so better to try to make a reservation if they allow it. The service was super quick even the place was full. The staff was super helpful and friendly, they helped me to find my hotel when my phone didn’t work ❤️ Nothing bad to say about this place!

On se rend une fois tout les x mois chez Liu Lin pour un repas sympathique entre ami.e.s ou avec mon copain. on a jamais été déçu.e.s! endroit très chouette et lumineux, staff très agréables et à l’écoute et les plats sont délicieux! j’ai goûté plusieurs de leur plats et j’ai tout adoré. les prix sont un peu élevés mais pas choquants.

I highly recommend making a reservation here as it's some of the best vegan food you will find in Brussels.

Liu lin is a vegan taiwan restaurant in Brussels down ! The menu propose dishes with rice, noodle, noodle soup, and salads. The starters are very tasty, like prawn tampura and mini spring rolls. There is a large choice for drinks, kombucha… The staff are very nice. I advise you to go there relatively early to be sure to have a table to eat because the restaurant fills up very quickly.

Favorite vegan Taiwanese food - Edit
I have recommended this place to non-vegans in Brussels, the food is incredible. It is fully plant-based, and the shrimp is out of this world! It is centrally located, although I do hope that with their popularity maybe they will one day expand to a larger location. 10/10 recommend, one of my all-time favorites in Brussels.

It was very filling and very well presented.
The welcome was very warm, the employees listening to the customers.
The decor is very refined and committed to plant-based cuisine.
It just lacks a little choice of desserts but it is being considered.
In short, a must-visit place for vegan Asian dishes.

The calamare rings, shrimp crisps, chicken bowl and Chinese soup were tasty and the platefuls were generous. We had to wait a little bit for a table as we didn't make a reservation, but the waitress was extremely friendly and considerate.

I had a noodle dish. The soy meat tasted delicious but the rest of the meal (rice noodles and generic veggies) were kinda bland. The food came very quickly although it was quite a busy evening. The staff didn't seem too friendly but all in all it was a good experience.

Probably our favourite food we had during our trip to Belgium / Germany. The staff were lovely, the menu is fully vegan. Such delicious food! We had the spring rolls and curry. Definitely visit!
