Disappointing - Edit
We travelled a long distance and rang in advance to find out when they took last orders. The member of staff was off hand on the phone but she said it was 9pm.
Read moreWe arrived at 8.37 and the shutters were down! I stood outside and telephoned again but they did not answer. (It clearly says they close at 9:00pm.)
Cons: Not open as told

100% vegan Indian! - Edit
100% vegan Indian restaurant. Extensive options. I like how unpretentious it is, with quick service. It's all very laid back. I had the green platter: I could choose 3 different vegan curries to go with the rice. The vegan cheese naan was nice and I also tried the vegan pecan brownie (my favourite) and the cinnamon brownie. Would definitely go back to try more of the menu

Great food, lovely staff, all vegan! - Edit
It was a cold and rainy day and my partner and I were craving something warm and comforting. I remember walking past this establishment on our first day in Manchester and seeing the absolute deal of a meal (3 curries and rice for £5.99) they had on offer.
Read moreIt was a no-brainer and we went into the restaurant, a quaint little place with a small seating area, we ordered the 3 curries deal as well as samosas and some peshwari naan. It was absolutely delightful. Exactly what we needed! The food was well spiced and overall delicious.
I genuinely cannot pick a favourite as all of it was incredible! Definitely recommend
Pros: All vegan, Lovely staff, Super affordable

I tried their green plate with 3 curries but the value for money for that wasn’t worth it.

Great choice - Edit
Love this place. There main curries have the day aren’t too spicy so you can ask for extra sauce. I always come here with friends and order a bunch to share. Their best is samosa chaat and, new vegetable biryani and cheesy garlic naan.

Cheap and wishy-washy - Edit
Some of the staff was very friendly. Food (at least the curries) in my opinion isn't the best. It was tasteless and extremely spicy. Could be a nice option if you're looking for a cheap place to eat.

Cheap vegan fast food - Edit
Pop in here almost every time I pass by - cheap and usually amazing. Offers a variety of burgers and wraps, as well as traditional Indian food such as curries on rice or samosas. My recommendation is to try the tofu wrap. Unfortunately has no bathrooms.

Disappointing - Edit
Went on Friday evening for some pre-gig food. Mostly good reviews on here so thought we'd give it a go.
Read moreI had the mixed wrap and my wife had the aubergine wrap - they were both swimming in grease. Should've realised that would be the case when we walked in and the whole place smelt of grease. Very disappointed.
I guess if you like really greasy food then this place is fine, but personally I like to taste the veg I'm eating and not just a homogeneous grease flavour.
Only gets 2 stars as it's vegan and Happy Cow won't let you rate a fully vegan place lower than 2.
Pros: Entirely Vegan, Cheap
Cons: Very greasy

Great place to get a quick and easy lunch - I had a mix wrap (fried tofu and falafels) in naan and it was fab. Would recommend ordering with extra hummus

Disappointing - Edit
I had the aloo gobi and peshwari naan. The aloo gobi was mushy and bland, and the naan was mushy and oversalted. The only reason it's getting two stars instead of one is because of Happy Cow requiring at least two stars for all-vegan places.

You kind of get what you get on the day with this place- best to ignore the menu signs because they didn't have any of those options available when we visited! The food itself is tasty and reasonably priced

Went for the £5.99 special green plate and really enjoyed it. I also got some plain naan (£1.30) which was average. I’m not sure how often they change the curries on offer but the lentils and orca curries were delicious.

Very cheap - Edit
I've been there several times and it's my go-to place when I'm looking for some cheap and quick food. The prices are very low and the food reflects the prices - it is good but not amazing. There is very limited seating so it may be difficult to come with a group or to find a place for yourself.
