Not so good for vegans - Edit
I think this place used to be very good vegans, but they have changed their menu and no vegan or even vegetarian options are marked anymore. I got the bowl without egg and it supposed to have soy beans in it but there were none. Food was good tho.

We really enjoyed eating at the Lighthouse restaurant. There are a lot of vegetarians and vegans options which are noticed by a V symbol. Soup, dumplings, bowls, etc. Plenty of choices.

A MUST-VISIT in Karakol - Edit
By far the best restaurant on our roadtrip around Issyk Kul (we went 3 times). Everything we got tasted great, including the coffee. The staff was friendly and understood the word vegan. The atmosphere is really nice too!

Amazing vegan spot in Karakol! - Edit
Such an excellent place in Karakol! My boyfriend and I vegan and we had no problems finding options. Our favorites were: vegetable roll, Bibimbap (mix of mushrooms, carrots, cucumbers, spinach, rice—ask without egg), vitamin salad and last but definitely not least, the hummus (so so good & fresh). We loved the green smoothie and smoothie bowl (with soy milk).

I would totally give this place five stars, but I can only give five stars to a fully vegan place. They definitely have earned their four stars with me though :-)

- vegetable roll (they will remove the sauce with mayonnaise if you ask for it)
