Terrible food, questionable service - Edit
I was excited to see a number of clearly marked vegan options on the menu. The options sounded good, I ordered both the pesto pasta and the quesadilla.
Read moreIt started to get weird when the waitress/cook was not cooking in the kitchen I was sitting right next to. She was walking either next door.. or possibly further down the street and returning with food items? She walked far enough that he phone disconnected from the Bluetooth speaker at the restaurant a number of times and returned with my food.. never using anything in the actual kitchen at the restaurant?? A bit concerning but I remained hopeful.
My pesto pasta was ok, but it was supposed to have tomatoes in it. It did not. It was also SWIMMING in oil, like just an excess even for pesto.
My quesadilla was one of the most disappointing things I’ve ever had. The cheese in my “quesadilla” was i guess a vegan Parmesan???? And it was so carelessly piled together and all of the ingredients were COLD.. including the tortilla.
The waitress also was not very friendly even with my partner speaking to her in Spanish. I’m ok with not friendly waitstaff if the food is good, I know they’re there to do a job and aren’t always going to be super outgoing. But it was just one more thing to add to a really really lackluster experience I paid $40 USD for.

El burrito de quinoa está muy bueno, de sabor interesante y muy saludable. Pedimos también "falafel", pero no recomiendo pedirlo, porque el falafel en sí no estaba bueno y la ensalada de quinoa, que no estaba mal, no me pegaba ni con cola. Del falafel salió un trozo de plástico.
Read moreEl cocinero es muy majo y se nota que le pone ganas. Sin embargo, lleva a la vez más de un restaurante en la misma calle y eso hace que se ausente y que el servicio sea raro porque llega comida de fuera del local.
Conclusión: no repetiría, aunque sí que recomiendo probar el burrito.

Ok but not special (sorry!) - Edit
Arrived here one evening a few days ago and I got the Thai peanut pasta (noodles). It was a big portion but honestly lacked in flavour😒sorry! There were plenty of veggies cut up in there but I can’t say I’d go back again. Service was nice but they seem to be operating under the same ownership of the restaurant next door and across the street because when we arrived nobody was there and our smoothies came from another restaurant lol!

Very vegan friendly - Edit
I arrived on the last bus into town and everything else with vegan options had closed but this place was open and super friendly! I was the only guest there, they spoke English and Spanish, staff understood what veganism was. Lauren was exceptionally helpful. I had the pad Thai and a mint lemonade that was freshly made. So delicious! I’ll be going back for breakfast this trip.

Vegan restaurant with - Edit
Der Besitzer hat 3 Restaurants nebeneinander und für jeden ist etwas dabei - egal in welchen Restaurant du sitzt. Was uns persönlich gut gefallen hat, das vegane Speisen getrennt von tierischen Speisen zubereitet wird.
