Fine desserts but not fully vegan - Edit
Update: Unfortunately they have started offering non-vegan desserts. The majority are still vegan but you need to check, which is a shame.

All pâtisseries are excellent; but the pecan nut/vanilla one is just sublime.
The two times I visited (including yesterday September 4th) the staff confirmed that all pâtisseries are vegan; however, they do serve cow's milk for the drinks, and unfortunately they have started serving a savory tart with meat on it.
I really hope they will find a way to stop serving non-vegan stuff, it's not so difficult!

pâtisseries - Edit
you usually don't get pastries in germany that are as refined and special as in france (and certainly no vegan ones) so we decided to try some while in paris.
Read morei'm not the biggest fan of this kind of baked goods (i'm usually sorry for the amount of money i paid, even though it might be a justified price) and more into basic things, but it still was an interesting experience. the pastries we had were very good in texture but in my view to sweet - my companion didn't have anything to criticise about the taste.
the location is cute, the integrated flower shop makes the atmosphere very special. everything is very clean, including the restroom (which is down(very steep)stairs, so if you have any kind of impaired mobility or knee problems, it will be super hard if not impossible to reach). however, i think it would be a good idea to add labels on vegan items because of the confusion about what's vegan and what isn't.

Pros: special pastries, many vegan things
Cons: not exactly clear what's vegan?, expensive, ⛔️♿ because of stairs (especially restroom)

Pretty good - Edit
I saw the comments on the doubt of all the pastries being vegan or not - since I didn't want to take any risk I didn't try any, but my mom had the hazelnut one which according to them was vegan. We also had oat milk matcha lattes which were good. Pretty expensive though...

Pas vegan.... - Edit
Passé ce jour (02/09/2025), sur six gâteaux, la vendeuse m'a assuré à deux reprises que seulement un seul des gâteaux sur six est vegan... Quel déception....
