I was there with my daughter and we were overwhelmed with so many choices. We had the "fermier" sandwich and the "parisien" one, one croissant, one pain au chocolate, an eclair and a big macaroon with berries. Everything was delicious and I need to go back.

Gluten free food was awful and most options were not actually available. Vegan croissants are okay I’m told.
Read moreHumiliated us telling us to leave a table (there were many empty tables) because my daughters ordered take away but other people were also eating take away without this issue. Two tables had people with no food. One lady had all her bags in a table and was plucking her legs. Literally. She had no food.. We went to L&M many times on our trip, very upsetting to be treated so rudely.
Try VG patisserie instead.

We were sitting outside the restaurant on some stairs, eating our food since they made us leave the outdoor tables. During that time we saw multiple people, and eat Takeaway and then leave, we were the only ones that we’ve spoken to and removed. Perhaps they thought we were American. We aren’t, not that that would be OK anyway.

When I went it was near closing time and there weren't many fresh options left and they were no longer serving coffee.

I'm thankful for Land and Monkeys having multiple locations. This one was the first we visited. Everything tasted fine but not amazing, like a 6 or 7 out of 10. We tried a madeleine cookie, quiche, pear tart, pain au chocolat, and pistachio crossaint. Our favorites were the madeleine and pain au chocolat, but these were not the best vegan ones we had in Paris.

It's good to have a fully plantbased café, but this can be better. The staff was expextionally slow and not friendly. I've been there twice, and both times they were slow and unfriendly. The pastries were nice and tastefull, but very fat. You need to eat everything immediatly because the morning after it's not tasty anymore.

Overwhelmed with choice, this place is a vegans paradise. I bought a little bit of everything and took half home to London. The macarons were lovely and the almond croissant was to die for. Everything was incredible. It’s worth visiting Paris for this place alone.

Read moreCôté cuisine, c'est bien présenté et l'offre 100 % vegan est appréciable. En revanche, j'ai trouvé les plats assez fades : ils manquent vraiment d'assaisonnement et de caractère. Avec un peu plus d'épices et de saveurs, l'expérience serait bien meilleure.
J'ai également été déçu par le service. Une serveuse/caissière a refusé de me donner un couteau en métal et m'a imposé un couteau en bois. Vu le prix d'un repas consommé sur place, j'estime qu'un minimum de service et de souplesse est attendu.
Enfin, les toilettes n'étaient pas très propres, ce qui laisse une impression mitigée.
En résumé, un lieu agréable avec un vrai potentiel, mais qui gagnerait à améliorer les saveurs des plats, la qualité du service et l'entretien des sanitaires.

They really outdo themselves! Tons of choices on pastries and sandwiches and dessert. There is something for everyone here. They had a great allergen menu and labeled everything quite well. Service was prompt, staff helped answer questions, and ambiance was on point.

Very patient staff despite being busy. Sandwich was fresh and very tasty, sweet treats equally delicious. No clue how on earth they have mastered the meringue but it was perfection. Cheap? Not really. Worth it? Absolutely.
