Marked vegan options (but ask just in case if not a sorbet) - Edit
The ice-cream offer changes frequently but there are always vegan options.
Read moreThe sorbets are vegan, and some of the ice-creams can be as well (but the majority has cow's milk).
They change the menu almost every day (check their Instagram), and unfortunately on the day I visited one of the marked "vegan" ice-creams was not. Good the staff noticed this on time before I started eating it.
In any case,the black sesame and the ube/coconut milk were very good!

Homemade vegan ice creams in Châtelet - Edit
Though it is not an entirely vegan place, 80%+ of ice creams are vegan (except vanilla and yogourt). Everything is homemade with quality ingredients. The owner develops all the recipes, impressive! Pistacchio is much recommended.

I would never thought I would try a vegan GREEN PEA and mint ice cream in my life!!! But here it was…! The owner was super friendly, he literally is an ice cream expert and is super familiar with the concept of veganism. He even told us that he made the pistachio vegan on purpose because he noticed the pistachio flavor was much more intense using plant milk versus dairy. Such a lovely place to go!!!
