My first Co-Op experience - Edit
Lakewinds Food Co-Op is a plant-based oasis in an area that is very meat heavy. While they have plenty to choose from for all diets, we were thoroughly impressed by the plethora of vegan options, including store-made and local baked goods, a crazy collection of Daiya Pizza’s and an array of meat alternatives.

Vegan haven in Minnetonka - Edit
So many vegan options from regular vegan brands to special vegan brands and local products on shelf. There’s also a wide selection of vegan items in their ready-made & to-go area which is perfect for lunch or dinner.
