Killer pies and cakes - Edit
I stopped by today to grab something sweet for me and some friends. I was impressed with their jam tarts: they had orange and blueberry, and also chocolate cake. All delicious! The sandwiches looked really good too, maybe I'll try those next time.

La rêverie é un locale situato in centro a Parma, offre una vasta scelta di prodotti dalle centrifuge fino alle Bowl di cereali con verdure o creme di verdure proteine vegetali come tofu, feta, ecc.
Read moreIl locale é piccolo, con uno spazio esterno ma nonostante questo al suo interno é molto accogliente e caloroso, emana vibes positive già dall'entrata. Tutti i prodotti usati sia alimentari che packaging sono sostenibili, usano prodotti di stagione e in base a questo creano dei menù stagionali, veramente ottime le centrifuge e le torte fatte senza l'uso di prodotti di origine animale, veramente consigliato se passate da Parma venitelo a provare, merita la sosta.

Sono vegana da anni ma non avevo mai trovato un posticino così accogliente e soprattutto con un ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo.
Read moreAnche il mio ragazzo (onnivoro) ha apprezzato il piatto principale che abbiamo preso, ossia una zuppa con cereali, verdure e proteine (nel nostro caso le opzioni erano tofu marinato/ceci/feta). Ogni opzione è stata introdotta con cura dalla proprietaria. Per pranzo vi erano inoltre insalate, focacce e panini. Per finire il pranzo in bellezza abbiamo anche preso un dolcetto. È stata una dura scelta optare solo per una fetta di crostata data l'ampia scelta di dolci vegani a disposizione (oggi due tipi di crostate, una torta al cioccolato, taralli dolci e biscotti veg).
Tutte le pietanze sono con ingredienti naturali e rigorosamente home-made. Quello che ci ha veramente colpiti, oltre all'ottimo servizio, è stata la passione delle proprietarie, che si sono fermate a parlare con noi sia di Parma che della loro attività, mostrando chiaramente l'amore per il proprio lavoro. Ci torneremo non appena saremo di ritorno a Parma! Super consigliato!

Sono sempre molto felice di tornare a mangiare qui! Hanno sempre opzioni vegane e vegetariane! Sia la loro poke che i loro panini sono strepitosi, per non parlare delle torte. Finalmente qualcosa di diverso dal solito, e qualcosa di davvero inclusivo.

This is a small and cute place, with a few indoor and some outdoor seats. It offers warm bowls which can be assembled using different cereals, vegetable creams and vegetable toppings. They also have sandwiches and different choices of cakes and biscuits. They offer a wide range of freshly made fruit and vegetables extracts.
Read moreI had a takeaway sandwich, with yellow bun (with turmeric), marinated tofu and vegetables and a slice of pie, with jam, apple and nuts. They both were very good and cheap (I spent 7,50 euros in total).
Staff is very friendly and welcoming.

A small treasure in Parma - Edit
This small but very nice place offers lots of vegan option (including dessert!!!) there are some ready to go dish like burgers. They have the possibility to make your own dish by choosing type of cereal, soup and protein source. Almost the ingredients were vegan (except the feta). I told them I was vegan and they propose me also the only vegan options #Veganuary
