Amazing vegan “gastronomia”

You can have either lunch or even breakfast. The owner and the stuff are precious and kind people. The place is very small but at the same time comfortable. They have a lot of vegan options and the price depends on how much you eat. It’s definitely the best vegan place in Parma for sure

Pros: Food variety , Kindness , Coziness

Cons: Small place

Cool little place with many options

Well balanced plates you can build up yourself, sold by weight.
All home made (and not fast food style) which is sometimes hard to find.
Can get crowded fast since there are only few tables.

Pros: lots of options of fresh home made food, the staff is very nice, desserts

Cons: can get crowded very quick

About to close but found me something to eat

My train was delayed so I arrived minutes before closing, but they still kindly dug out one dish they had left. It was a nice spinach and tofu flan. It would have been lovely with everything else, so hopefully one day I will be back in Parma. I also bought some tasty low sugar cookies to take away. The gingerbread man was particularly tasty.

Pros: Vegan eat a bit of everything, Lovely staff

Cons: Only open to 3pm

Grazie mille!!! Nourishing and delicious food.

This meal was perfect, I was impressed by the diversity of plants and ingredients used in each option and being able to customise your meal and try lots of different things from the menu is great for indecisive people like me!

The food was healthy, filling and delicious. Thank you for your patience with our terrible Italian and your effort to speak English!

Pros: Extremely friendly service, Cosy seating indoors, Easily accessible location

Cons: No toilets in cafe

Comida vegana al peso a 24€/kilo, que permite probar un poco de toda la maravillosa comida que ofrecen. La parmigiana de tofu espectacular.

excellent and fair priced restaurant

Small, charming restaurant with very tasty, freshly cooked food. There is a kind of buffet and homemade bread and cakes. The chocolate cake was amazing.

Convincing food

I was here with my non-vegan and usually sceptical girlfriend. We both loved the food! Many good stuff to choose from. We were very happy that we picked this place for our lunch.

Pros: Great taste, Ample choice, Warmhearted staff

Super tasty and homemade

Very nice atmosphere in a small restaurant with tasty food! Superfriendly staff. Food is organic and seems to be all homemade - like nonna would do :)
Attention: there is no bathroom :)

Delicious freshly prepared healthy lunch

When in Parma, this is a must visit! I got a warm welcome and a big attempt to communicate in English explain the well thought through and healthy dishes. I brought my lunchbox to fill for lunch and deeply wished I brought a bigger box.

Dishes were diverse including millet crust, seitan salad an eggplant oven dish and many more. I also bought some flaxseed crackers to go, which also were delicious. As a dessert I enjoyed a sugar free jelly fruit pie that was surprisingly creamy and tasty.

Pros: Readily prepared wide variety of dishes, sustainble: offers for ex. biodegradable cutlery, Delicious healthy food, great service

Cons: not open 24/7 ;) (would be convenient for dinner a

Whole Food Healthy A La Carte

Their name translates to, "Eat the leaf." Amusing name! My meal was delicious whole food veggies, no processed junk you can't pronounce. It is pre-made and visible through a window, and you buy everything a la carte. I very much enjoyed this format.

For one, if all you need is a snack then order one small thing, and if you need a meal you can scale up.

Secondly, I like the being able to have a sampler of several small things rather than a large plate of one thing, especially if I'm visiting the city and only have one opportunity to visit the restaurant. It's a nice medley of flavors.

Thirdly, if you don't speak Italian you can just look at the food, decide what's tasty, and point at it. If you want your food warmed up, just say "scaldo." Knowing Italian or having a dictionary is a nice bonus because there are sometimes things on the menu that are in the kitchen rather than behind the glass, but probably 95% is visible through the glass.

When I was there it was quite busy for lunch, but the seating is very small. You may want to plan on carry out.

If you do eat in, there is no cover charge (coperto), making it a very affordable option. But you need to clear your own table. They use 100% biodegradable plastic for everything, and they have a trash bin for compostables that you can pitch them into.

Pros: A la carte format, Easy to point-and-order if you don't know Italian, No cover charge (coperto)

Cons: Very limited seating

Very good and healthy food

We have been there for lunch.
The place is a window restaurant with a lot of options.
Everything was delicious and healthy. Organic food and compostable dishes.
Strongly recommend!
The place is small, so best go there early or plan a take away.
Only flaw, the do not serve tap water.

Pros: Food quality

Cons: No tap water
