The best focaccia in town! 5* - Edit
Focaccia barese is naturally vegan and I tried many a slice the past week. The focaccia from La Pupetta takes the crown. Fluffy and cheesy (despite the lack of cheese), but the secret is in the crust: perfectly caramelised! Would give five stars if I could.

Traditional Focaccia from Bari - Edit
I went there three times while staying in Bari. The traditional Focaccia from Bari is naturally vegan and I found that this place served the best! It is quite cheap and extremely delicious. I definitely would have given this place five stars if I was allowed!

I love focaccia and this one did not disappoint! Also had a slice of something stuffed with onions and olives that turned out to be vegan & was very nice. Great place for quick takeaway.
