I can’t believe I haven’t reviewed here but all I can say is it is always a 5 star experience. Often come for the menu del día which is incredible value for money.

I was there last November with some friends. It was a bit hard to find the place, but with some help we managed to get there.
Read moreIt is a typical Spanish bar (so please keep in mind that this is not a restaurant!!!), we were there, if I remember well, at around 8pm on a Friday. It was full of with punks and probably political activist, and the first thing that happened to me while I was queuing to order the food was that I was asked if I had some rolling paper on me. :p ACE!!! I was surrounded with like minded people so I felt home from the very first moment I entered the bar. I think the staff speaks a bit of English, since I know a bit of Spanish I had no problems with ordering, however the 2 bar tenders were smiling on me all the time (prolly the bad Spanish I used :)
I had a burger with fries and a beer, so nothing fancy, the others I think had tapas. I paid at around 8-10 euros which is kind of normal price in Europe.
All in all if you are into anarchism, or political activism and you are vegan, this is the best place for you.
If you are a snooty health-oriented vegan who looks for a diverse menu, then the place might not rock for you.
I will definitely return to this place, when I am vising my friends in Madrid.

A vegan restaurant offering traditional Spanish food. I ordered for delivery, and the food was very good overall. I especially liked the seitan wrap and the croquettes. They also have desserts available for delivery.
Read moreOn another occasion, we visited the restaurant in person and tried the daily menu, which included vegetable gyozas, ramen, and dessert — everything was very good. On weekdays, they offer a set menu with a fixed starter and main course, which is a great option.
The place itself is not very spacious, but it feels cozy. The staff is very friendly — they provided us with a high chair and even adapted a piece of furniture to serve as a baby changing table, which we really appreciated.

Loved this place! You come here for the queer anarchist atmosphere first, food second, so if this is your kind of place you’re going to feel right at home and you’ll want to hang out and socialize all night long. Beyond that, they are all-vegan with a great selection of tapas and the best vegan tortilla de patata I have found in Spain so far. Can also really recommend the croquetas with three different flavours: facon, mushroom in white wine, and zucchini with sundried tomato.

We had the meatballs, the empanaditas, the tacos and dessert. We found the tacos a bit worse than the other dishes but were very happy with the food over all. The staff was absolutely lovely. The interior feels very inviting and cozy.

I agree with a previous reviewer who said that it’s hard to review this place as they are committed to many social causes however, I did find the food a little underwhelming. The croquetas were good - best to share as it’s a large portion and heavy. I had the meatballs in homemade tomato sauce - it was okay, too much sauce which was a little bit too sweet. That said, I would like to return to try a burger or their lunch menu which seems to be good value.

It’s not easy for me to rate this place, because it seems very engaged ideologically with veganism and other social issues, which I appreciate, the atmosphere is welcoming and the staff is very friendly. The food I had, however, was quite bad, and I guess this is the most important thing in a restaurant. It’s quite expensive as well.
