Focaccia al volo - Edit
Mi sono fermata a prendere un pezzo di focaccia in visita a Polignano, purtroppo sono arrivata verso le 15.30 di pomeriggio e le opzioni scarseggiavano, sono comunque riuscita a trovare due ottimi tranci di focaccia al pomodoro e cipolle e al pomodoro e peperoni. Se doveste passare per Polignano, ve la consiglio, gusto ottimo!

This is what's best in Italy, simple yet delicious food. Busy with locals which is a great sign, lots of foccacia just with vegetables. A must for a snack.

Vegan foccacia!! - Edit
We went there without too much hope of finding something vegan and to our surprise they had like 4 or 5 types of vegan foccacia! The two we tried were really good and it was super cheap! Great for a snack!
