Lovely chinese

Tried Kylin Oriental in Washington for the first time.

We were very impressed !

Salt n chilli chips
Tofu curry
Veg chicken black pepper sauce
Boiled rice
Noodles bees sprouts and onions

Chips were crispy, tofu were fresh, noodles not oily. I wasn’t mega thirsty afterwards.

Definitely will order again!

Always a good option to try somewhere different. They make an effort and the food is good. Lovely interior too

Kylin In The Name Of

I was visiting relatives in the area so took the opportunity to order a takeaway vegan chicken curry with rice and chips for collection. The curry sauce was flavourful but I found the chicken texture very unusual and a bit jelly 'like'. I've definitely had better. Rice was well cooked and chips were decent though.

Pros: Vegan options , Reasonable pricing

Cons: Chicken texture unusual, Serves meat

Fairness is nice

Quite easy to find considering this is Washington where I always tend to get lost. Nice interior with plenty of dining space. We opted for takeaway; stir fried mushrooms in garlic soya sauce, a portion of curry sauce and kung po sauce, boiled rice and chips for £13. The only thing I wasn’t keen on was the overbearing kung po sauce. I’ll stick to curry or gravy if there is a next time.

Pros: Separate vegetarian menu , Many meals can be vegan

Cons: Meat on the menu
