Had a B menu : vegan curry, yoghurt desert, bean soup, onion salad. Everything was great.

Good taste, great service

Came here after on a hot Saturday exploring Osaka Castle and before heading to Umeda Sky Building.
As the location name suggests, the curry isn't much like the average Japanese curry, but more saucy / less thick, and with more intense use of spices.
Portion size can be adjusted, as they ask if you want less, standard or extra rice while ordering.
One can order set menus, both of which can be made vegan (A: onion salad and bean / lentil soup, B: onion salad). The only non vegan part is the yoghurt sauce, which they serve separately and therefore can be easily omitted, even if one was to forget to mention their vegan diet.

Taste-wise, I'd deduct a star, as the curry was good, but could be better. Service-wise: 6/5 stars. The owners were, even for Japan, very warm and accommodating, informed me about festivities of a local temple, and also offered to give me extra rice when they saw I still had two spoons of curry but no rice left.

The chai tasted well, but the portion size was indeed quite small, especially since the cold version comes with a lot of ice.
