Natural store and one of Japan's most well-known macrobiotic cooking classes. A tiny eat-in corner is available also where you can buy and eat macrobiotic deli's brown rice balls, raw sweets, organic coffee, etc., some of which are vegan; please inquire. Store also carries vegan products. Open Mon-Sat 10:00am-7:00pm, Sun 10:00am-6:00pm. Open Holidays 10:00 am - 6:00 pm.

Quick macrobiotic lunch - Edit
If you are going to the Osaka Castle, its walking distance from there, go to big Tanimachi Av. when you see UFJ bank, turn opposite to the castle for about 100m. They also sell variety of natural foods and snacks, too.
