Solid (but limited) choices. - Edit
They have a tofu bahn mi that is positively banging. Anecdotally they seem to have a rotating vegan option. Usually one or two items. I remember a curry from there being good. Cute spot. Recommend.

Great vegan options - Edit
Bánh mì sandwich with tofu and vegan mayo, coconut curry with chickpeas and raisin chutney, beyond burger with vegan aïoli are a few of the vegan dishes here. All of them are super delicious and well prepared. They also occasionally have vegan specials.
