A few good vegan options - Edit
I went here with some omni friends and found that they have a few vegan labeled options on their menu. The tofu scramble was cooked in miso, rather than an oily sauté, which was nice. The chia pudding was flavorful. The bill for 4 people came to over $100 with tip, so it is a bit pricey. It's a good option for when you need a place to go with a mixed crowd.

Great diner food! - Edit
A number of great vegan choices - I went for the tofu scramble over the vegan tuna melt. Really nicely done and friendly. We'll come back with the kids.

Vegan Breakfast! - Edit
Great vegan options. Breakfast served until 3 PM! Vegans can get the carrot cake oatmeal, banana coconut Chia seed putting, apple cinnamon breakfast quinoa or the garden tofu scramble with miso. They also have fresh fruit, vegan sausage patties and vegan cheese. Vegetarians can do poached eggs and avocado toast or a create your own omelette with all kinds of vegetable choices like kale, avocado, artichoke, broccoli, the list goes on and on.
Read moreThey have Vietnamese drip coffee but it tastes horrible. Their Ethiopian drip coffee is better. They have masala chai tea latte and espresso drinks. They also have hot organic rishi tea.
For lunch there is soup, all kinds of salads including a quinoa and kale vegan salad. You can make your lunch a meal by adding vegan chickpea fritters or grilled tofu. They have a tofu banh mi sandwich, vegan tuna melt sandwich, grilled vegetable rice wrap, veggie burger and much more. Awesome menu.
Service was very friendly but painfully slow. Also, the food presentation is beautiful but the freshness and quality just isn't there. For example, the baguette on the tofu banh mi was on the stale side which ruined the sandwich. The vegan chia seed putting tasted bland and was a bit runny.

Kingsbury Street Cafe - Edit
Brunch? Vegan options? Yes please! Kingsbury Cafe is a great brunch spot and the wait is indicative of this, be prepared to wait 30-60 minutes. When seated I couldn't help but notice how "modern sleek" the restaurant was, reminiscent of Karyn's on Green. After I ordered my tofu scramble, my bf pointed out the vegan chia seed breakfast pudding on the menu. Curiosity made me order it as well and it did not disappoint. The chia pudding was topped with delicious fruit and we were given light agave nectar to pour atop it as well. I loved it so much that I took it upon myself to learn how to make it at home, yum! The tofu scramble was also really good, among one of the better tofu scrambles in town. My bf and I will definitely be back, but the wait can be overwhelming. P.S. They also have vegan options on the dinner menu.
