Delicious latte - Edit
I had their seasonal house made syrup (almond) in an iced latte with macadamia milk. It was delicious! Come here for yummy coffee. That appears to be the only thing they have though, so I can't give full stars. I would still say it's probably the best latte in town. Didn't look like there were any vegan bakery options, they weren't labeled, but I didn't ask.

Love this coffee shop. They offer oat and macadamia milk at no additional charge. I enjoy the their house made pumpkin spice.

Great hangout spot to enjoy the very very good coffee. Friendly staff. They use oatly for non dairy.

Great Drinks and Great Atmosphere - Edit
I travel to Grand Junction twice a year to visit my husband's family. Every time we visit I spend a few hours working (or escaping) at Kiln. Their coffees and chais are delicious and they always have a variety of vegan milk alternatives. The staff is outgoing and very friendly and I love the atmosphere. I see they have some snaking options but have never tried any of them. If you are looking for a good coffee and a place to hang out I fully recommend Kiln.
