Tasty Tofu Tacos - Edit
I ordered the breakfast tacos with the tofu scramble and a side of dry sourdough toast. The waitress had a completely blank face when I asked her if everything I ordered was vegan- she had no clue what vegan meant, so just know that you’ll have to spell everything out for them - no butter, milk, cheese, eggs, etc. She charged me for a tofu scramble, a side of pico and a side of toast and did not deduct anything for not getting other items that came with the tofu scramble dish (potatoes and toast). That being said, the tacos were very tasty and the coffee was fantastic. I would eat here again.

Food okay, need to be explicit about vegan stuff - Edit
I’m def spoiled on going to primarily exclusively vegan spots so I forgot how clear you need to be. We asked if there was dairy in the oatmeal and asked for non-dairy milk for the coffee, but our English muffins came out with butter on them 🤦🏻♀️ didn’t think to ask bc I totally forgot about that. Also the tofu scramble I got does not look like the photos, it was cubes of tofu. Tasted fine but I couldn’t tell if there was butter in it or not so I was a little sussed out and couldn’t fully enjoy. I asked for no peppers or onions (I have a mild allergy) and they went pretty heavy handed on the asparagus which I’m assuming was to make up for it but it was too much.

Tasty Vegan Breakfast Tacos - Edit
I was worried about eating here after a morning on the river - I've had their tofu scramble before and didn't live it. But when I asked about options, the staff and cooks were super accommodating and made a vegan version of their breakfast tacos. Yum! It was delicious. Tasty food, chill staff, happy bellies!

Substitute with tofu - Edit
Food is yummy! They do have a tofu scramble on the menu. But they will substitute tofu for eggs in their AM tacos and wrap as well. No additional charge. Server and kitchen is so accommodating. 35 minute wait was actually 55 minutes.

Good tofu scramble - Edit
I ordered the tofu scramble. It’s less of a traditional “scramble” and more of a tofu stir fry with peppers, onions, asparagus and salt and pepper, but it was very tasty. I asked for no dairy, so they didn’t butter the toast and they kept off the side potatoes. It was very tasty!

Great food - Edit
It was super busy when I went and there was quite a bit of a wait but I was with a larger group of 8 people so this could of been part of it as they only have a few larger tables. I had a tofu scramble which was delicious. Wish the selection was a little bit bigger.
