Unexpected find in Lubbock

We were driving through for a family road trip and found this place on Google. I was shocked to find Teriyaki tofu plate on the kids menu. Kid approved, “More! More!” The curry ramen and vegetable ramen were also some of the best we’ve experienced in West Texas. I wanted to add to Happy Cow so people know about it passing through.
