Busy little cafe in centre of Dublin

Three vegan cakes - brownies, pistachio sponge, and almond /orange sponge . Oat milk is used for vegan drinks.

Really friendly staff and well priced for central Dublin

Caffeine

First coffee if the day, dry late for me.
Good coffee and a decent muffin. With a stop.

Delicious coffee, but there are better places to go

I got an oat iced latte and a cake (they weren't labelled so I'm not sure what it was, but I think it was a Bakewell style cake, it tasted slightly of almond) and I also tasted Purp's oat latte and sponge cake.

The lattes were both very tasty and very strong. I really enjoyed them. My main complaint here is that they made the iced latte immediately, but we had to wait a few minutes for the hot latte. Also, there is a €0.50 charge for plant milk.

My cake was okay. Very dry, which is to be expected with a short crust style cake, but it could have been counteracted with a small layer of jam.

The sponge cake was nice. Very soft, fresh sponge, and had some syrup on top. But it just tasted of sugar. I'm not sure if it was meant to have any other flavours.

I felt that the cakes weren't worth their prices of €3.80 each purely because they both lacked flavour.

The staff weren't particularly friendly. It's a very small shop with no queue system so there was just a bunch of people standing around the till being served in a random order. It was confusing and a little bit stressful. Both coffees and cakes came to just under €17 which isn't terrible, but I don't think I'd bother coming here again unless I didn't have the choice of going elsewhere.

There is a seating area upstairs, but the stairs is very small and steep. There is no lift. Someone who uses a mobility aid or has balance problems would be very unlikely to be able to get to the seating area. I also feel that they would struggle to get inside at all due to the layout.

Pros: Central location, Very strong coffee

Cons: Not accessible for those with mobility issues, Staff didn't seem to want to be there, Disappointing cakes

It was okay.

I got a vegan cake and an oatmilk latte, the latte was fairly nice but I didn't think the cake was something i would buy again.

I have no idea what cake it was as the sign above the 3 options just said vegan and the menu only had drinks on it.

I tried half of two of the cakes because GnomeChild had one as well, and honestly I couldn't taste any difference between them other than one had almond slices on top.

The staff were friendly enough and seeing as it was during lunchtime the wait wasn't too bad.

Very good coffee

I was very impressed by their coffee and came back on my way out of Dublin. Second time just as good. There wasn't many appealing vegan pastry/cake options though.

Nice coffee with some vegan options

Nice little cafe with vegan pastries and alternative milks. It’s right across from blazing salads so perfectly for a coffee and desert after a meal.
