Kalptaru - The Ayurveda Place
No menu. Lunch set meals usually consists of a tea, "kitchuri" a thick soup of rice, beans, and veggies. Dinner set meals consists of a tea, rice, daal or potatoes, salad, chai (has milk) and sometimes chapati bread & chai tea. Vegans ask to have without ghee (butter). Moderate-expensive by local standard but affordable for foreigners. Price includes all you can eat refills. For directions, just ask one of the local foreigners for the Ayurvedic place.

Okay to eat here - Edit
Ate here a few times on a past trip to India.
The food is basic and similar each day. Taste is okay-good. It is supposed to be one of the clean and safer places to eat in the area.
Price is a bit high for the kind of food served. One can sit in side a room or there is a small balcony that overlooks the Ganges River -- a nice view.
Pros: friendly service
