I loved the sound of the sticky bbq stack but I’m not a fan of ‘beef’ burgers as they typically taste too meaty and creep me out. So instead they let me swap out the patty for a chickn one instead, so I was very happy.
The burger was stun. The chickn patty was crispy and I loved all the accompaniments such as the onion rings. The sauce was also incredible, loved the sweetness it added. The actual burger bun felt posh, higher quality than a typical fast food one!
My partner got the jerk pineapple without the actual pineapple. He loved the burger and the jerk flavours!
We also shared the American fries. Not usually my first option (the currywurst had sold out:() but I really enjoyed them!

I got the jumbo not dog and it was very delicious. The sausage kind of sat on top of the hot dog bun instead of inside it so it was a struggle to eat as it was a mouthful. But very very tasty would get again

I enjoyed the vegan options on the menu. The different flavours and mixes was really interesting. A bit pricey for what you got and chips were extra but they were okay.

I was really excited to try this place as all my local vegan burger places have closed down. Menu was nice and creative and the person serving me was lovely, quick service, no complaints there. But for a £14 burger that didn't come with any fries it didn't have the wow factor I've got from other vegan places. I had the jerk burger, the onion rings were really nice but I didn't really get the jerk flavour in the sauce, it mostly just tasted like barbecue.

Like others I saw that there were sold out items on the menu which was a bit frustrating, however very happy with what we had. The sauces and crispy onions made it a real taste sensation. Pricey, but no more than my home town really. So maybe standard these days.

I first discovered Junk Soul when they popped in in Morley years ago. I got so excited when they came to Spark! A few options had sold out but Pride was today so I have no doubt that my fellow vegan queers ate everything up throughout the day 🤣❤️. I loved my BBQ stack burger anyways! Added some cheeze and fries and left extremely satisfied. Only 4* because I feel like it's a wee bit pricey when the burg doesn't already come with fries but tbh I was always gonna pay it 🤣. Delicious comfort food! Will definitely be back.

When I heard there was a new vegan vendor within the lively SPARK community space, I had to visit.
Read moreQuite a few options had already sold out when we arrived which was unfortunate, but I really enjoyed the sticky BBQ stack burger with added fries that I chose, which was delicious. A bit expensive at £16 though.
My wife and son also shared some churros, which they said was amazing.
Staff were friendly and there was a nice vibe within Spark too.

A Very tasty but messy to eat burger! Slightly disappointed as I’d wanted to try the vampire burger or the maple bacon scoffles but both were sold out! I opted for the smash burger which was a good size and I throughly enjoyed. It was £14 which I thought was slightly pricey given you don’t get a side of fries with it. My partner said the currywurst fries were great and he’s not vegan… also the currywurst portion was very generous.
