Good pizza & Israeli food

Note: The Happy Cow description is incorrect: Jerusalem Pizza does NOT serve meat.

Jerusalem Pizza is a good dairy restaurant, nothing fancy, with a wide variety of salads and both vegan and vegetarian main and side dishes. It is small and can be crowded at lunch or dinner time. Good falafel and hummus. The salads tend to be a bit salty. Prices are reasonable.

Pros: Good food, reasonably priced.

yeeesss

Falafels and soup are a little salty, so I don't eat them too often but they're still my favorite go-to items. Veggie burger is weird and kinda dry? Looooved their salad bar, especially their avocado israeli salad. The salad bar combo is really filling even without the pita (which is too...bready, for my liking) Falafel wrap comes with hummus and falafel in a pita comes with a sauce with dairy! Make sure you ask about mayo and any dairy sauce. Oh, and every once in a while they will have sesame "chicken." Its just tofu but it is sooo good. Nice a chewy and sticky and sweet

Pros: reasonable price, walking distance from everything, friendly and easy to talk to staff

Cons: vegan cheese option would be nice

Fast and Consistent

Jerusalem Pizza serves a pretty wide variety of food depending on the day you go. They have a hot/cold bar that can have anything from lasagna to vegetable lomein; sometimes they even have tacos with mock meat.

I usually stick with their falafel sandwich. It's done well and it's consistently made with fresh ingredients. The space can be a little cramped sometimes, especially at lunch when it's very busy, so try to go at off hours.

Pros: Inexpensive, Good Food

Baba Ganoush!

I really enjoyed the food here. There's no meat on the premises except for a little fish. I got the fried eggplant sandwich with baba ganoush as a sauce. Make sure you ask them not to put the usual sauce in it as it contains dairy. It was amazing. I loved it. My mother got the falafel. It wasn't as crispy as the falafel I usually like and it was a bit too salty. Otherwise, it was good. Also, make sure to ask for a different sauce on that one too.

Pros: Nice staff

Cons: Crowded
