The Best - Edit
I have been to Itadakizen three times in the past few months, and every time I have been amazed at the beautiful presentation and delicious, yet delicate flavours. It really is the best vegan restaurant I have eaten at, for a very long time. Long may they continue in their sterling work.

Amazing! - Edit
I went here for my 18th birthday and the food and staff were all incredible! So delicious and so many courses, the value for money was great. Yesterday I started my first shift there as a waitress (obviously I'm now completely bias towards it!) And everyone there is so lovely and takes real pride in their cooking. We should support vegan businesses in Shrewsbury as much as possible so let's really make sure that this one survives.

Authentic - Edit
A non-vegan friend who has been to Japan several times wanted to go here, and it did not disappoint. We all chose platters/boxes which had a good mix of things and the flavours were really good. The presentation was great too. I loved the plum wine! Plus it has vegan desserts. Very central in Shrewsbury, on one of very interesting cobbled streets.

Brilliant food - Edit
This restaurant is tucked away in a side lane but is well worth seeking out. A really good selection of food and no long wait for it to be served.

Vegan, organic authentic Japanese restaurant serving really tasty, filling savoury & sweet dishes. Took my meat eating American & French families, who were really impressed!
