Love that this spot has a fully vegan menu, they even have a section for vegan wines, too.
Read moreReally great pizza (the carrot salmon pizza is especially good imo), and a nice selection of pastas.
You're even offered vegan parmesan or cracked black pepper which is a nice touch.
We were also treated to a plant-based creme Brule which had phenomenal flavourful and a nice crunchy top.
If you want to check this place out on a weekend, I'd recommend making a reservation. It's pretty busy, you'll soon see why! 😊

The menu has an entire page of vegan options - appetizers, pizza, pasta dishes. Everything sounded so good, and it was hard to decide. I ended up with manicotti and enjoyed the pumpkin inside. Get the cheesy garlic bread. Do not hesitate or question it, just do it.

They've got at least 4 appetizers, 8 ish vegan pizzas, 5 or 6 pasta dishes, a Beyond Meat Burger and a few desserts. Hands down their BRUNCH is the best of their vegan options. Get the Benny !!!!

Good Option for Group Outings - Edit
We really appreciate that Il Fornello introduced a vegan menu, especially as there aren't as many veg options in the east end! I really enjoy the Avocado Caesar salad, and my husband likes the pasta made with Beyond Meat. It's now a great option for going out with non-veg friends or family as everyone can get what they want.
