More About Me
Reasons why I prefer to eat vegetarian or vegan:
I went vegetarian at the age of nine because I did not want to hurt animals. Four years ago, I realized being vegetarian was not enough to prevent harm to animals, and I went vegan. Ethics has always been the main motivator for me, but as I saw my health improve with a vegan diet, I became interested in that aspect as well.
I joined HappyCow Members Community because:
To review a particularly amazing vegan restaurant that I happened upon during my travels!
Here are some places I've been that I liked... and places that I would like to visit one day:
I have been to France, England, Italy, Spain, and Peru. I absolutely loved all of them, and Happy Cow made finding food much easier! I would love to visit Bali, India, Iceland, and New Zealand (and everywhere else, really)
Some of my favorite veg*n foods include:
Coconut, bananas, dates, tomatoes, asparagus, strawberries, raspberries and many more...
