looked ok - Edit
I had the chia pudding for breakfast, which was quite filling, but it had a bit too much of the cherry (or aronia?) jam which was too strong. It looked like they have a few ok options for breakfast/lunch for vegans, which is better than most options in Hvar, but yeah, there is a significant lack of vegan protein.

Best menu for vegans in Hvar - Edit
People, go here! They have a very versatile and interesting menu for vegans. Many dishes are vegan or can be made vegan without hassle. At the moment there are four options for breakfast and five options for late lunch/dinner that are or can be made vegan.
Read moreWe ate here three times (twice for dinner and once for breakfast). Here you don’t have to eat the basic vegan pasta/risotto/burger stuff, that is often the case in Croatia. The eggplant dish was amazing and the oyster mushroom also very good. Chia pudding for breakfast was basic but really fresh and they have also other interesting vegan breakfast options. The staff is most friendly and the atmosphere is relaxed. I highly recommend this place.

Surprisingly good! - Edit
Brewery bars don’t often have an exciting range of vegan meals but this one certainly did! I had a Nourish Bowl full of salad and buckwheat and smoked tofu, covered with a ginger miso dressing. Stunning. The menu was labelled clearly and lots of dishes could be made vegan or gluten free. My partner had a plate of roasted aubergine on hummus with soft cheese (vegetarian, gf). The beer was great too, and vegan. Would highly recommend

Vegan hopper was amazing - Edit
Best food I ate in Hvar by far - my only issue was that the price of a small Coke Zero was extremely expensive at 4.25! Beer was much more reasonable. They are about to close for the season though😒

Decent vegan options - Edit
It was exciting to find a place with clear vegan labels on the menu. There are 2 vegan breakfast options, a salad and cauliflower tacos. There are more vegetarian options. Everywhere in Hvar is quite expensive, a main meal is at least 15 Euros and Hvar Brewing Co.’s pricing is in line with this. I was happy to pay this for the tacos which were flavoursome and nicely presented.

Cons: It is a sports bar so it can get busy and noisy
