Arrive early if you want buffet; other options still good though

We paid less than $2 each for a meal and drink. When we arrived (12:45pm) the only choices available were wet or dry noodles with mock meat, but they were both very good. The owner spoke a little bit of English.

decent

i came for a late lunch, buffet was more or less finished. there‘s an a-la-carte menu but no vegan indications. i explained vegan requirements and staff were willing to prepare something simple but adequate, with mock meats. staff spoke no english.
