7/10 - fave fried rice in hcm!?!

This place is slightly difficult to determine what is fully vegan here it aside from that it's nice atmosphere a d good food, the juices are solid as well. Other reviews of this place spoke about there being some English spoken here but not when I went, all that was communicated was just me and the server laughing every interaction.

Really unhelpful staff

Went on Saturday and it was closed and the most the woman would say (in Vietnamese) was “food finished”. Due to being told how good it is we went back Sunday. It was closed. After asking 3 times we were eventually told by one of the people there ‘open tomorrow’. So we came back. The man serving sees us looking at the menu board and says “one noodle soup only”. So we sit and see a customer with broken rice. When asked a staff member rudely tells us the full menu is available. Maybe we caught them on a bad 3 days in a row!!

The broken rice was delivered immediately followed by a 15 minute wait for the other dish. Visiting here really isn’t worth the hassle.

Edit: as I paid the man was really helpful explaining in English which 2 dishes aren’t vegan and being really friendly. So I added a star from original rating. Still won’t be returning though.

Wow!

Wow! Super tasty. Super cheap for what you get. Everything is freshly cooked there and then. No menu in English, but they have a big picture menu. Just point to what you want. The friendly guy who works there speaks English and very importantly he knows the difference between vegan and vegetarian. He told me everything is vegan apart from 2 dishes. He didn't elaborate which 2 are vegetarian.
To be honest this is probably the best vegan meals I had in District 4.
Absolutely delicious and great value. I have a strong feeling I will return again and again and again.
Plus they do charity work. Check out one of the pictures for more details.
