Loved the fact it was fully vegan and so many options available- I opted for the tacos and cardamom soya milk hot chocolate! Wish I had more time to return.

Hipatia is one of my favorite cafes in Guadalajara. Not only for the great coffee but the quality food too. I highly recommend the croissant filled with vegan cheese and meat. It is so good! Also recommended are the Chomsky hotcakes and chickpea Milanese sandwich. Love the vibes and music 😊

Vengo a recomendar a Hipatia Café Guadalajara porque es un excelente lugar para pasar un rato con amigos, familia,etc. La comida es muy deliciosa y el ambiente es muy tranquilo. El staff es muy atento y buena onda. Este café lo tiene todo, lo recomiendo a toda la comunidad plant based, vegan y simpatizantes. Hipatia también apoya a proyectos antiespecistas, artistas y productores locales. Saludos ❤️

I ordered Chilaquiles tomate con barbacoa and then had their browni galleta.
It was super tasty and the service was great.
The waitress confirmed that it is 100% vegan and it also says Vegan on the door so I’m not sure why it’s listed as vegetarian!
