My bean enchiladas were good (you could choose the filling), but probably nothing I’m eager to go back and try again. The green sauce tasted a little processed, not sure if it was made in house or not.

Bueno, fui con mi acompañante vegetariano y se la paso muy bien, a mí parecer se veía agradable y presentable la comida. Pero no hay muchas opciones veganas, y el precio se me hizo muy elevado para un solo producto. Hay poco personal, y eso hace que a veces sea un poco tardado cuando pides la cuenta.

This restaurant is conveniently located next to a gorgeous cathedral and hang out area in the center of Guadalajara.
Read moreAlmost everything on the menu can be made vegan. I ordered the tradition Pozole soup which is normally filled with meat. It was perfection.
I also ordered a naturally fruit sweetener agua fresca and pancakes with bananas for dessert. Because they only have honey as syrup, I used the natural sweetness of the bananas to sweeten the pancakes. Fluffy and a perfect dessert for me.
The owner and waiting staff are friendly. Be sure to state if you are vegan when you enter so they can accommodate.

Cons: Could work on a vegan syrup for the pancakes
