Granada had an amazing array of options, so Hicuri had some tough competition. It's not the best spot in Granada but I certainly enjoyed it.

It was great dining in an all vegan restaurant! We had the house salad, croquettes (pumpkin and mushroom were equally tasty), we shard the cordon Bleu, and three chocolate cake. Everything was SUPER flavorful with beautiful presentation! The portions were generous so we shared.

Lots of options, international menu. Staff was nice. We had the croquettes which were excellent and the vegan chicken cordon blue and the seitan stroganoff. Both were tasty, I thought the vegan chicken was better. Made with heura, a locally made soy product.

One of the best vegan kitchens in Spain - Edit
The Hicuri kitchen knows what it’s doing. The food is creative, delicious, freshly made, all vegan, and very satisfying. We came as often as we could during our short visit. We liked everything we tried, but the stand-outs were the cordon bleu and the cheesecake.
Read moreThey can be busy at peak hours, and reservations are recommended if you’re coming during those windows, otherwise there might be a long wait for a table. Service depends on who you get and how full the place is, but they all make it work. Not a place to come in a rush, but a wonderful spot for a great slow-food meal.

Me gusto que hubieran muchas opciones en la carta, pedimos el pad Thai y la comida del día. El lugar es espacioso pero hay bastante gente, tal vez en temporada alta sea bueno reservar. El pad thai no fue mi favorito, le faltaba más el sabor agridulce característico pero era una buena porción con bastante tofu. La comida del día era más de cocina española y el sabor era mejor.

Had lunch at Hicuri two days in a row while visiting Granada. Just a 10 min walk downhill from the Alhambra. The mixed croquettes were an excellent starter and the dish of the day was recommended by our waiter both time and was perfect. Definitely recommend eating here while in Granada.
