Sehr nette vegane Auswahl - Edit
Das Knillmann hat je eine vegane Vorsuppe, Vorspeise und Nachtisch, dazu gibt es 3-4 vegane Bowls, die sehr lecker sind, mit vielen frischen Zutaten.

wir waren so um sieben da und praktisch alle tische waren reserviert (glücklicherweise hatten sie doch noch einen kleinen für uns frei, die bedienung war sehr freundlich).
Read moretrotz des hohen andrangs haben wir super schnell unser essen bekommen. viel veganes gibt es nicht, aber wenn man saucen oder so weglässt, kann man vieles "veganisieren". der veggie teller war ganz okay, aber leider war alles sehr sehr ölig. manche gerichte sind teuer, andere gehen. pflanzliche alternativen kosten leider meistens mehr als tierische.

Delicious food outside under the plane trees - Edit
When the weather is nice, you can sit in the beautiful beer garden under a large canopy of plane trees. On the on-site menu, vegan dishes are marked with V+ and vegetarian dishes with V. We tried the Beyond Burger with sweet potato fries and the Knillmann Bowl with beluga lentils, rice, spinach leaves, avocado and candied walnuts. Everything tasted very good except for the vegan mayonnaise. This was a bit bland. Our tip to the chef to add some cucumber stock for seasoning in the future was gladly accepted. The service was very friendly and helpful. There are few vegan options, but there are more vegetarian dishes on the menu. Vegetarian dishes can be substituted or adjusted with vegan dressings or sauces upon request.
