Yummy snack - Edit
Cute little place that sells steamed buns with fillings. Two are vegan. I recommend the one made from local apples. Great snack for on the go and will keep you fingers warm!

Delicious steamed buns! - Edit
The vegan options of the steamed buns here were delicious and a perfect treat after a day on the slopes. The red bean (adzuki) bun was very filling and hearty, and the apple one tasted just like apple pie. Good price too.

We love the cinnamon flavor mix within it and we had four apple buns in two days.

Oyaki savoureux - Edit
J'ai goûté les deux Oyaki vegans disponibles : à la pomme et à la pâte de haricots rouges. Les deux étaient super bons, mais j'ai eu une préférence pour celui à la pomme qui était vraiment délicieux !

Delicious Hot Oyaki - Edit
We had so much fun walking the cute touristy streets of Nozawaonsen and were really happy to stumble upon a big sign showing three vegan oyaki flavors out of the six that they had. They were very clearly marked as vegan and had English descriptions as well. The vegan oyaki are Ringo (apple), Kabocha (pumpkin) and Azuki (sweet red bean paste). We got the somewhat unusual for Japan apple cinnamon oyaki, and it was truly delicious! Hot and steamy and so so good!
