We had a very relaxing lunch at Wakagirl, the staff were very friendly. The food was refreshingly fresh and easy to order thanks to the detailed allergies/dietary list.

Nice place. Recommend booking ahead as it was very busy. Had a few vegan options such as inari, sushi and a udon (just have to ask for without fish cake)

Vegetarian menu, with vegan options - Edit
Helpful and friendly staff, even though it was busy. Vegan options on menu but requires some accommodation. Skip the staples like miso soup as it contains fish flakes. Make sure to ask as there are some non-vegan vegetarian items on the menu. Reservations may be needed on weekends in winter season. Really only vegan Japanese spot in town.

Plenty of vegetarian & vegan dishes to choose from - Edit
Pleasantly surprised with how helpful the staff were. Had a separate vegetarian menu as well as an information table listing the allergens and animal products in food on the main menu. Decent size servings. Would go again. Definitely recommended.
