Acceptable ramen - Edit
Tasty enough, but nothing mind blowing. Decent portion of vegetables in the ramen, bamboo is extra, wish there was some protein involved. Vegan curry rice also available. No vegan gyoza.

One vegan ramen option, 2000¥. We found it to be a bit bland and lacking substance, especially for the price relative to other ramen we have had in Japan (including at other ski resorts). The meat options were far cheaper which left us puzzled.
