Angenehmer Aufenthalt mit gesundem Essen

Wir waren für 10 Tage im Haus Sonne. Durch Corona gab es kein Buffet, sondern das Essen wurde sich an der Küche abgeholt. Zum Frühstück gab es Obstsalat, Frischkornbrei mit Toppins, Dinkelbrot & -brötchen und viele vegane Aufstriche, süß und herzhaft, sowie Räuchertofu. Die Tees waren frisch zubereitet aus dem eigenen Garten und es gab Kaffee und Getreidekaffee als Getränk. Es konnte sich beliebig oft nach geholt werden.
Abends gab es ein 3-Gänge-Menü mit verschieden angemachten Salaten, einer warmen Hauptspeise und Nachtisch. Alles war Bio, sehr lecker und frisch zubereitet. Einzig die Nachtische waren für Schleckermäulchen nicht süß genug und ab und ab hat beim veganen Abendessen die Eiweißkomponente gefehlt.

Pleasant stay

We had a few very relaxing days in this small and friendly hotel. The rooms and beds where very comfortable and the staff very welcoming and helpful. It is located in a quiet valley and has some astonishing views.

The food was all natural. Breakfast was great and our first dinner amazing. The following dinners where a bit blend and to simple but still good. Included are just hot beverages and cold (and mostly sweet) drinks have to be purchased separately at a fair price. A offering of plain mountain tab water would be great however.
The choices for lunch just include soup.

There is natural healthcare available and some advertising for beds in the room. But it was not pushy or to much at all.
