Vegan hatch green chili stew - Edit
Pleasantly surprised at the number of vegan options and the knowledgeable server. The green chili stew was nice and spicy and the southwestern salad was delicious.

Weird options, good flavor - Edit
Torn between the green chili stew and the tacos, I went with the tacos bc the staff recommended them.
Read moreFlavors were nice but the tacos were weird - basically a bundle of broccolini in a tortilla! 🤔 Would’ve loved a vegan protein instead - tofu, TVP or even Beyond.
Last summer I had the taco salad and it was much better - recommend that next time!
Pros: Rice & beans are vegan , Clearly labeled options, knowledgeable staff , Great flavors, well seasoned
