Great vegan pan dulce

The drinks not so much... maybe it's the way their beans are roasted or the proportion of milk / caffeine but not my favorite. Great that they have plant based milks available though

Pros: Pan dulce, Anti cop propaganda , Community fridge around the corner to donate

Always fun to visit

I like all the stickers, pins, and fun things they sell. They always have vegan things on their menu, which lately include empanadas and baked goods. The coffee is also really good, medium roast, very smooth!

Pros: Ambiance, Many vegan options

Cons: Not all vegan

Delicious food and Latin owned!

We had the vegan empanadas and they were delicious, very filling. Then we had a Conchita for dessert and I'm just sad they didn't have more for us to buy! Will be back next time I'm in Oakland

Pros: Lots of breakfast items, Chill atmosphere , Friendly staff

Inclusive Spot Serving House Kombucha and Vegan Options

I was recommended this place for their pan dulce… by the time I arrived after 1PM it was all gone, but personnel was super friendly and offered me the Avocado Toast with a side of cucumbers and Tajin! YUM! To drink I had the in-house Kombucha! Tart but tasty! The entire building with its murals, progressive signs and decor inside and outside is a VIBE! I would and will totally come back. They also have a raised garden bed with succulents in front and small tables - so of course I ate outside and enjoyed taking in the scenery and the bustle of Fruitvale Ave. I am super thankful to my friend that mentioned this place, I will be forever grateful and will need to come back for the pastries!

Pros: Inclusive community spot with affordable prices, Vegan options (they will sell out), Friendly/welcoming personnel

Cons: Not all vegan
