Cozy cafe with vegan treats - Edit
Terrific cafe! Extensive Yemeni style coffee menu available, even more than other Yemeni cafes in the East Bay. Plenty of plant milk options, along with several vegan desserts and one savory baked goods. Plenty of atmospheric space to work (with wall outlet to charge), chill, meet friends. No weird smells inside. Pleasant non-English music playing at a reasonable volume in the background (so, it's hard to do meeting here). Very friendly service.

Yemeni Espresso with appetizing vegan pastries - Edit
Mohkha House is a delicious, lowkey coffee house with various vegan options. In terms of which plant based milks they carry, they currently carry: Oat, Almond, and Soy milk. I believe there is a 50 cent upcharge for choosing any of the plant based milks but well worth it to expand your options on the menu.
Read moreIn regard to their pastries, they have a few savory vegan pastries along with plenty of sweet gluten free / vegan cheesecakes or vegan chocolate cakes. The standout was certainly the savory chocolate chip cookie with sesame seeds.
The space is very spacious and welcoming as there are plenty of places to relax on a couch with your food and work on your laptop/notebooks simultaneously. They close at 9:30pm every day too which a major plus considering most coffee houses are closed after 5 or 6pm.
Pros: Clear and delicious vegan options, Latte, Welcoming and warm enviornment
Cons: upcharge for the plant based milk

A beautiful, serene cafe with good WiFi, spacious seating, and clearly marked plentiful vegan options both sweet and savory. The chocolate chip halwah cookie is incredible. They just opened up a sit down kitchen next door too I will definitely be trying.
