Full vegan English breakfast, served by friendly staff, at a beautiful location. Definitely worth checking out if you're in Brixham.

Breakfast with a view - Edit
We had the vegan breakfast which was a proper English breakfast with fried bread etc. The bread for the toast was really good. So I can imagine the sausage sandwiches would be good too. The location was nice looking out over the bay and with the old fort to explore afterwards. Sadly we didn't see any dolphins. It was about a 30 - 40 minute walk from Brixham harbour. We always check that everywhere brings out the right 'milk'. They gave us dairy milk but They rectify this and apologised.

Pros: Lovely breakfast , Amazing location on a sunny day
Cons: A little pricey , Gave us dairy milk instead of soy.

Welcoming atmosphere - Edit
This cafe is in a stunning location. The outside of the building doesn’t give the best impression but being high on the cliffs means it is open to the elements. Inside, the decor is simple, it is clean and spacious. The staff were all bright and cheery despite it being close to closing time on a busy summer holiday Sunday. They offer oat milk, my husband enjoyed an iced latte, my American was a little weak for my taste but ok. We had a huge chunk of vegan carrot cake loaded with walnuts and topped with frosting. Two of us shared that and half really was enough for me. Others in our group ordered the chocolate and coconut flapjack and the cherry Bakewell. These are locally made and available in many cafes in the area it seems.

Great location, nice coffee - Edit
Lovely spot, great pitstop when walking around the headland. Such amazing views. They serve vegan breakfast and lunch (falafel), and cake. I tried the chocolate cake and had an oat latte. Cake was nice maybe a little dry but they added so much frosting it made up for it. Really nice to have vegan options in such a great and out of the way location.

Cafe with a view :) - Edit
Well worth the walk from Brixham - fantastic views out to sea with lots of seating inside and out. Staff are lovely and quite a few vegan options on the menu for breakfast, lunch or cakes. Choice of oat or soya milk, although they do charge extra. Also choice of chocolate cake or a flapjack. Went for the chocolate cake - frosting and chocolate chips were lovely but cake was a little dry. Had to give it 4 star though for location and staff! Dog friendly😄

Homemade food in a great location - Edit
Berry Head is a lovely place for a walk and good for cetacean spotting. It was great to see that this friendly cafe has vegan options.
Read moreAs well as the vegan sausage sandwich on the main menu they had several seasonal specials that were vegan (spicy beans on toast, soup and a Thai vegetable curry at the moment). I also noticed that the granola bar was vegan and they have oat/soy milk for hot drinks
Pros: Great location, Good vegan options, Friendly service
Cons: Not all veg*an, Popular so can get busy

One of my favourites - Edit
I already loved this place for the amazing views & genuinely dog friendly welcome. Returning this time, as newly vegan, I discovered they also do a vegan sausage sandwich & the gorgeous vegan chocolate & coconut flapjack. There are more vegan options, I just didn't get that far! I didn't call in advance but I guess it might be sensible if you want a meal during peak holiday time, as this is a v popular cafe.
