Plant based ice cream.

Lovely location for an Ice cream and a beer. View out over the harbour. It's also a sun trap and lovely in the evening.

They have a building to the side that serves Marshfield plant based ice cream. 3 different flavors. We drank at the pub but never tried the food as it just seemed to be a burger and better options in the harbour for that.

Gelato at The Prince William

The Prince William has an ice cream kiosk attached. It has a great selection and vegan ice creams and the staff knew the waffle cones were vegan too. Flavours included Cookies and Cream, Chocolate, Raspberry Ripple, Strawberry, Vanilla and Biscof. They also has sorbet flavours. Fabulous selection for vegans! Cones were just £3.50 and filled with a generous scoop of ice cream. The cookies and cream variety was loaded with chunks of Oreo.

Quirky decor!

Friendly staff and the decor is a bit different, nice though! There were vegan options of pizza and burger plus a veggie curry and some vegan side dishes. I had the pizza with vegan cheese. Made a change to be more than a margarita and was pretty tasty. Shared a side of chips which were awful - cold and stale. Some of the meals are pretty pricey too. One of the few places I’ve been where they actually label their vegan wines on the menu. Had the apple and blackberry crumble with vegan ice cream for dessert, which was really lovely. Overall it was an enjoyable meal and a good effort to offer some vegan choices, but don’t think I’d rush back.

Pros: Good vegan pizza, Vegan wines, Quirky decor

Cons: Quite pricey mains, Cold chips!

Pub with vegan options

Have had the vegan burger a couple of times, it’s decent enough and you can add vegan cheese (however, it’s £3 for a slice!). Cute interior and excellent cocktails.
